We have scheduled our next Women’s Self-Defense course for Saturday May 22nd from 9am-noon. We invite all ladies, 14 years and older, to join us and learn (or refresh) effective self-defense and awareness techniques.

Space is limited to 12-15 ladies per class so please mail or drop off your registration as soon as possible
