The Martial Arts & Fitness Store has no "fine print". Many sites advertise FREE SHIPPING that turns out to be nothing more than an attention grabber. Many times customers find out during checkout that the FREE SHIPPING excludes the majority of the products on the website and of course the very products that the customer has in his or her shopping cart.

At the Martial Arts & Fitness Store, what you see is what you get. If the price on an exercise bike is $1049 that is what your going to pay for that bike. The same bike might be $999 on another site but you won't find out how much shipping and tax is on your order until you go through the checkout process.

We believe that if we make the purchase process as easy and straight forward as possible will create repeat customers. And so far this thinking has worked very well for us.

So here are the straight forward shipping rates :

Returns/Exchanges:
It can be hard to get a clear answer from many online stores regarding their return/exchange policy. We want to be right up front with our customers so there are no surprises or disappointment. We will accept returns within 14 days of the date you received your equipment. However we do have to charge a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for all re-packaging and shipping costs. In addition, all equipment must be complete and in new condition free of scratches, marks, stains, etc. or the return will be refused. All returns must be RMA'd so please email our returns department at RMA@martialartsandfitness.com to coordinate merchandise returns.

Exchanges are subject to the same terms as described above with the exception of the restocking fee. Exchanges will only be charged a %7 restocking fee.

Important Shipping Process Information:
All orders are processed and shipped in the order that they are received. The Martial Arts & Fitness Store reserves the right to ship all orders at their discretion. Delivery times may vary. Normal delivery time is 10 to 15 working days but, delivery time may be longer around holidays and peak shipping seasons. The freight delivery service you receive may vary from one carrier to another. Smaller orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. All larger orders will be shipped via Common Freight Carrier.

Be sure to include one or two phone numbers so if your order is delivered by a common freight carrier, they can contact you to schedule a delivery date. You must be home on said delivery date. The delivering company is responsible to bring the equipment to the end of the truck only. It is the customers' responsibility to remove the equipment from the truck and into their home.

When the delivering carrier brings your order, count the pieces you receive and look for any noticeable damage. There is a tag on each box that states the total number of pieces you should receive. If the number of pieces you receive does not exactly match the number of pieces on the freight bill, note the number you received on the freight bill by your signature. If you see any visible damage to the equipment (not the boxes) note that on the freight bill next to your signature. Neither F.F.O.. nor the freight carrier can be held responsible for shortages or damages if you do not note them on your freight bill. All damage and shortage claims must be filled with the freight carrier.

Shipping agreement is valid only within the 48 contiguous United States .
