Mr. Dale Hutcherson

Mr. Dale Hutcherson is a Certified Defensive Tactics Instructor for the Washington State Department of Corrections. He teaches defensive tactics to law enforcement and correctional officers. Mr. Hutcherson is also state certified in knife defense and battons and has been studying Taekwon-Do since 1997.
